½ cup quinoa flakes
1 cup soy milk (calcium-fortified
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 medium banana chopped (1/2 in mixture, 1/2 to top)
A few pitted dates for sweetness or 1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 of the sliced banana
1 tbsp natural nut butter
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until creamy, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and top with blueberries and a natural nut butter.
