Easy Peanut-butter & Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed well)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut-butter

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 20g dark chocolate

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to approx. 180deg celsius

  2. Blend all ingredients together (except chocolate) in a food processor.

  3. In a bowl, mix in chocolate pieces into cookie mixture.

  4. Divide mixture into small balls and place on lined baking tray.

  5. Pop in oven for approx. 15 minutes, until golden
