Try out this healthy number next time you're craving a chocolate-y treat.
5 pitted dates, chopped
4 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 ripe banana
⅛ tsp baking soda
½ cup ground oats
½ cup soy milk
Add chopped dates to mug and cover with hot water, let sit for a few minutes to soften.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until cooked.
Top with your favourite natural nut butter and enjoy!
