A little twist on the original, throwing in a little more nutritional content and a kick of spice.
2 cups finely sliced kale
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tin chickpeas
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp chopped jalapeños (optional)
Simply mix all ingredients together in a food processor and serve.
Serve as a snack with crackers or in a sandwich or wrap.
